What to have ready
- The delivery address, including the town and any gate code
- What is going in — and especially whether any of it is concrete, brick, dirt, shingles, tile, yard waste, appliances or electronics, because weight and Florida's landfill bans change the plan
- Roughly how much: rooms, roof size, pickup loads, or a photo of the pile
- Where you want it set — driveway, lot or job site — and whether your HOA has rules on containers

Where we deliver
We run roll-off containers out of the Edgewood Avenue yard to every place below. Jacksonville and the closest towns are often same-day; the edges of the area are more likely next-day. Clay, St. Johns and Nassau counties each license or franchise haulers in their unincorporated areas, and some cities keep collection to their own franchisee — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.

Can I book online?
Every job is confirmed with a phone call, because the questions that decide the price — material, weight, access, any permit — are faster to answer out loud. Email info@boldcitydumpsters.com if you need to send details or photos first and we will call you back.
What are your hours?
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Storm and after-hours requests go to the same number; if we can help, we will.
Can I send photos of the job?
Yes — email them to info@boldcitydumpsters.com with the address and we will call you back with a size and a price.
How do I pay?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, and payment is generally collected when your booking is confirmed, to reserve the delivery. Where an independent provider handles the rental, billing may be handled by that provider — we tell you on the call.
Do you serve my town?
If it is in Duval, Clay, St. Johns or Nassau County, very likely. The service area page lists all seventeen places, each with its own page, including what each county or town's code says about street placement and who may haul.
How do I schedule a pickup?
Call or send a message when the container is full or the job is done, and we come back promptly. You do not need to be home, just keep the path clear. If you finish early, call and we will schedule an earlier pickup.
