Orange Park is approx. 13 road miles south of the yard, around 23 minutes — same-day or next-day, depending on availability. It is a town of 9,089 at the 2020 Census, in Clay County.
Town code gives its franchisee all solid waste collection except commercial recycling and construction site cleanup (§28-26(a)). During construction, demolition or renovation, the property owner contracts either with the Town's franchisee or with a licensed construction cleanup contractor (§28-21(b)). Household cleanouts inside town limits are the franchisee's work, and we check the Town's rules before booking any container inside town limits.

What comes out of Orange Park job sites
Construction cleanup is the work here: kitchens, baths and roofs in 15s and 20s, demolition and new construction in 30s and 40s, and a 10 or 15 for concrete and brick. Commercial accounts in town use containers supplied by the Town's franchisee (§28-23(a)). Whole tires cannot go to a Florida landfill or C&D facility, and lead-acid batteries, used oil and white goods are banned from landfills too — keep them out of the box.

Sizes
Choosing a container size in Orange Park
Weight is what usually decides the size, not how much room the pile takes up.
| Size | Dimensions | Capacity | Weight included | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 Yard Dumpster | about 14 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 3.5 ft high | about 3 pickup truck loads | 1–2 tons | Small kitchen and bathroom remodels, garage and attic cleanouts, flooring and tile removal, roofing shingles, small demolition, rental cleanups, and concrete, brick, dirt or other heavy debris within the weight limit. |
| 15 Yard Dumpster | about 16 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high | about 4–5 pickup truck loads | 2–3 tons | Kitchen and bathroom remodels, multi-room cleanouts, flooring and carpet removal, smaller and medium roofing jobs, landscaping and yard cleanup, and small deck and fence removal. |
| 20 Yard Dumpster | about 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high | about 6 pickup truck loads | 3–4 tons | Whole-home cleanouts, multi-room renovations, roofing replacement, landscaping projects, moving and estate cleanups, and light demolition with mixed construction debris. |
| 30 Yard Dumpster | about 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 6 ft high | about 9 pickup truck loads | 4–5 tons | Full-home and multi-room renovations, estate and foreclosure cleanouts, commercial remodeling, light demolition, construction debris and community or HOA cleanups. |
| 40 Yard Dumpster | about 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 8 ft high | about 12 pickup truck loads | 5–6 tons | Commercial construction, demolition, full-property renovations, warehouse and office cleanouts, major roofing projects and large event or community cleanups. |
Permits, placement and who may haul in Orange Park
Who may haul — the rule that matters: §28-26(b) says "No person other than the franchisee or a town licensed construction cleanup contractor" may run a private garbage and trash collection service in town, and §28-20 defines a construction cleanup contractor as one "duly licensed and permitted by the town." So we check the Town's rules before booking a container inside town limits. We're licensed and insured.
Placement: we found no Town permit for a dumpster in the street — the Town's right-of-way permit (§24-7) covers special events of 30 or more people — and §28-24(a) bans depositing refuse on any street, alley or sidewalk. So the container goes on the job site or driveway, and our crew confirms the spot with you. On a state road, FDOT's rules give no permit for a roll-off in the right-of-way (Rule 14-20.008).
Outside town limits: unincorporated Clay County requires a county franchise to haul roll-offs (App. D, Art. III §III.9) and a county right-of-way permit for work in a county road.
Knocking something down: FDEP needs a Notice of Demolition at least 10 working days before work starts, even when no asbestos is found. Homes of four or fewer units are generally exempt, unless they are part of a bigger project, were used commercially or are coming down for a commercial building. Outside Duval the notice goes to the FDEP district or local program office for the area. Regulated asbestos cannot go to a Florida C&D facility (Rule 62-701.730(19)), so it never goes in our containers — tell us if the survey finds any.

How it works
Booking a dumpster in Orange Park
Booking a container here takes one phone call and about five minutes.
- 1
Call and tell us the job
One short conversation. We ask the location, what you are clearing, roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No long forms, no guesswork.
- 2
We size it and quote it flat
You get one number covering delivery, pickup, disposal, the standard 7-day rental and a stated weight allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size.
- 3
Delivered where you want it
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site where you asked, with protective boards under it if you want them. Often same-day or next-day, depending on availability. You do not need to be home.
- 4
Load at your own pace
Keep it level with the top rim and keep the banned items out — tires, car and rechargeable batteries, used oil, paint, chemicals, propane tanks, asbestos, and appliances such as fridges, A/C units and water heaters. Need more time or a swap mid-job? One call and we are on it.
- 5
We haul it and dispose of it right
The load goes to a permitted facility for where the job is — in Jacksonville, the sites the City designates, such as its Trail Ridge Landfill — with metal, concrete, cardboard, wood and clean yard waste recycled whenever possible. You get your driveway back the way you left it.

Every town we cover
We run roll-off containers out of the Edgewood Avenue yard to every place below. Jacksonville and the closest towns are often same-day; the edges of the area are more likely next-day. Clay, St. Johns and Nassau counties each license or franchise haulers in their unincorporated areas, and some cities keep collection to their own franchisee — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
