Seventeen places and one yard on Edgewood Avenue. Here is every place we cover, grouped by area, each with its own page on access, housing and what the county or town's own code says — including the county franchises and the cities that keep collection to their own franchisee.

We run roll-off containers out of 678 Edgewood Ave N, inside the City of Jacksonville on the west side of town, to every place below. Distance is the first thing that changes. Jacksonville itself is the quickest run. Approximate road miles from the yard: Orange Park about 13, Baldwin about 16, Fleming Island and Callahan about 18, Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach about 22, Fruit Cove, Middleburg and Green Cove Springs about 25, Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra about 26, St. Johns and Yulee about 27, Nocatee about 30, and Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach about 38 to 39. Same-day or next-day is available in many areas depending on availability; the further out, the more likely it is next day.
The second thing that changes is the law. In Jacksonville, a container in a City street needs a Right-of-Way permit from Public Works (Ordinance Code Sec. 744.110), and the City franchises regular commercial trash but exempts construction and demolition debris (Sec. 380.604). Atlantic Beach and Jacksonville Beach grant exclusive garbage franchises with a carve-out for services the contract does not cover (Sec. 16-13; Sec. 27-42); Orange Park lets only its franchisee or a town-licensed construction cleanup contractor collect (Sec. 28-26); and Fernandina Beach reserves collection to the city or a contractor the City Commission approves (Sec. 66-36) — in those four we check the City's rules before booking a container inside city limits. Clay County requires a county franchise to haul roll-offs in the unincorporated county (App. D, Art. III, Sec. III.9), St. Johns County a county franchise for C&D (Ord. 2017-39, Sec. 4), and Nassau County a county hauler permit (Sec. 30½-76). We are licensed and insured. Each town page quotes the section and gives the department to call. We would rather say it here than find out on delivery day.
The service area
The run splits three ways: Jacksonville, the Beaches and Baldwin in Duval County; the Clay and St. Johns county towns south of the city; and Nassau County and Amelia Island to the north.
Jacksonville itself, from the yard on Edgewood Ave N, plus Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach and the Town of Baldwin — roughly 16 to 26 road miles out (approx.). The Beaches and Baldwin keep their own codes, so each page says what applies. Same-day or next-day, depending on availability — often the same day in Jacksonville.
Orange Park, Fleming Island, Middleburg and Green Cove Springs in Clay County, and Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, Fruit Cove and St. Johns in St. Johns County — roughly 13 to 30 road miles from the yard (approx.). Both counties require a franchise to haul roll-offs; each page states the rule. Same-day or next-day, depending on availability; call early for the longer runs.
Callahan, Yulee, Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach, north and northeast of the yard — roughly 18 to 39 road miles (approx.). Fernandina Beach controls collection inside city limits and unincorporated Nassau requires a County hauler permit; each page says what applies. Same-day or next-day, depending on availability; call early in the day.

Jacksonville itself is the most likely when you call early in the day, then the closest towns — Orange Park, about 13 road miles out, and Baldwin, about 16 — depending on where the trucks are. Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island, about 38 to 39 miles out, are more likely next day.
Yes, call — the neighborhoods of Jacksonville and the communities between our towns are inside our run; they just do not have their own pages. Anywhere in Duval County outside the Beaches and Baldwin is the City of Jacksonville, and the same right-of-way permit applies to City streets.
Because Clay, St. Johns and Nassau counties each require a county franchise or permit to haul in the unincorporated county, Green Cove Springs franchises C&D roll-off service, and Orange Park, Fernandina Beach, Atlantic Beach and Jacksonville Beach keep collection to their franchisee or the city with specific exceptions. Jacksonville exempts C&D debris from its commercial franchise. We state what each code says, and for those four cities we check the City's rules before booking a container inside city limits.
The flat rate depends partly on the delivery location, so the edges of the area can cost a little more — we say so up front.
To a permitted facility for the place the job is. In Jacksonville, a site the City designates — its landfill is the Trail Ridge Landfill in Baldwin. Clay County waste goes to the Rosemary Hill facility in Green Cove Springs, and St. Johns County C&D to the St. Marks C&D facility or the Waste Pro transfer station in Elkton. Nassau County's own convenience center does not take construction debris or yard waste.
