Information we collect

When you contact us, request a quote, schedule service or fill in a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the service address or project location, billing information where it applies, the details of your dumpster rental, and anything else you choose to send us by form, phone, email or message. When you use the website we may also collect some information automatically — your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, the site that referred you, and how you use the site.

How we use it

To respond to quote requests and questions; to schedule and manage dumpster rentals and coordinate delivery and pickup; to send confirmations, invoices, scheduling information and other service updates; to improve the website, customer support and how we operate; to measure how the website and our marketing perform; and, only if you choose to opt in, to send promotions or special offers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Sharing with service providers

Depending on the project, the schedule and the location, we may provide your rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider. When we do, we share the details that provider needs to respond to your request and handle the rental — your name, contact details, project location and rental details. The Terms and Conditions and the Disclaimer explain how those relationships work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights, property or safety.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, make the site work better, understand visitor behavior and traffic, measure marketing and advertising, and tailor content. This includes analytics loaded through a Google tag. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the website may not work properly without them.

Third-party services

We work with third-party providers that help run the business — payment processing, website hosting and maintenance, analytics, advertising and marketing platforms, and communication and customer-management tools. Examples may include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Stripe and PayPal. These providers may collect or process information under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.

Data security

We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical precautions to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure or alteration, including SSL encryption, secure hosting, restricted access to sensitive information and internal data protection procedures. No method of electronic transmission or online storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have your personal data deleted, to opt out of marketing communications, and to ask how your information is used or stored. Contact us at info@boldcitydumpsters.com or (904) 595-8110 to make a request.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate, the law or technology. The latest version is always posted on this page with its date, and continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
